Clark

In Loving Memory

Clark, Priscilla “Pat” (nee Wakefield)

Passed away on December 11 surrounded by her family, including her loving
husband Thomas (Tommy) W. Clark of nearly 60 years. Pat was preceded in death by her parents
Mildred and Charles Wakefield, or Aunt Bob and Uncle Red as known to her kids. Pat’s family
includes her eldest son Mike and wife Janet, their children Alex and Jake; son Tim and wife Karen,
their kids T.J., Chris, Danny and Stefanie; son T.R. and Kernyn, and his daughter Kristen; daughter
Laura Pacino and husband Scott and their three children Tristan, Lauren and Brendan; and the
youngest son Mathew and his three kids, Taylor, Jonathan and Ashley. Mamma also has six great
grandchildren that she adored. Pat is survived by her cousins Martha and Shirley, her brother in law
Jacob Edward and sister in law Gracie and their families.
Pat was born on May 12, 1944. She grew up in State Park Illinois and graduated from Collinsville
High School. She started dating Tommy right after graduation and they fell madly in love. They
married in November that same year and eventually had five children together through the years. Pat
was a stay at home mom until her youngest started school. She worked for Chicago Title and then
Commonwealth Title where she retired after 25 years of service. Pat loved the slot machines and
playing Bingo every Friday night with her friends. Pat and Tommy also loved to travel and camp in
their 5th wheel. Their love of camping was passed on to their kids and grandkids.
Pat was loved by many and she treated everyone like family. Most called her mama. Her home was
welcoming to all and everyone knew the Clark’s were a fun family and a good time was had by all!

Visitation at Kutis Affton Chapel 10151 Gravois Rd. 63123 on Thursday, December 16 from 4-8 pm. Interment will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at 12 noon at Capps Cemetery.

  1. Grandma was a beautiful person. She could light up a room like no other. I have fond memories swimming with Kristen and the entire family in my youth! To the entire Clark family- I see you and I am holding you close in my heart.

  9. I recently had the pleasure of meeting this beautiful, caring and friendly lady the last couple of years camping. She was always smiling and had her dog in tow and camping she dearly loved with Tom, family and friends. I don’t think she ever met a stranger….she made me feel right at home from our first meeting at the campground……You will be dearly missed but we will be camping in your honor every outing! RIP beautiful lady!

  13. Pat was a dear friend who was fun loving and kind to everyone. I initially got to know Pat through Common Wealth Title. Pat put us onto the lake house we purchased and were able to be weekend next door neighbors and I got to know her family. Tom and the rest of the family have my sincere condolences. There is another Angel in Heaven.

Pat and I sat next to each other every Friday night at bingo,we even played together on Wednesday nights for awhile until things shut down, I’m going to miss talking and laughing with her. She talked a lot about her kids and grandkids she loved all of you very much. She would tell me about the trips her and Tom took she had some good memories. And of course her puppy. I’m sure she is watching over all of you.

  29. Uncle Tom & Family, you are all in our thoughts and prayers. I will always cherish my memories of Aunt Pat. Even though years would pass between visits, her love, kindness, and warm smile would shine through and make me feel like I had just saw her yesterday. I have shared many memories of our visits to Missouri with my kids and we have several catch phrases still in use today that come from our time with the Clarks! What a blessing she was in my life!

    Love & prayers,
