Thursday, December 8, 2022. Beloved husband of Rose Ann Clarke (nee Schloemer); dear father of Robert J. (Gail) Clarke Jr., Daniel J. Clarke, Lisa Ann (Mike) Miller and the late David Michael Clarke; dear grandfather of Sarah (Mike) Masterson, Kyle Clarke and Ryan Clarke; dear great-grandfather of Madison and Emma; dear son of the late Otis and Ann (nee Penova) Clarke; dear brother of the late Don (the late Wanda) Clarke; dear brother-in-law of the late James (Charlie surviving) Schloemer; our dear uncle, great-uncle and friend of many.

Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois, Tuesday, December 13, 10:30 a.m. to St. John Paul II Catholic Church for 11:00 a.m. Mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Association appreciated. Visitation Monday, 4-8 p.m.

  1. Bob was our longtime 40 year best neighbor in the world. Bob and I watched each others tomato plants, dogs, and children when they were young. Bob was as courageous and fine a person as they come. His medical struggles are blissfully over and he is in a better place. We love and will miss you Bob. Always will.
