January 28, 1932 - March 25, 2024

Monday, March 25, 2024.  Beloved husband of Jacqueline D. Clodius (nee: Hohmeier).  Dear father of Kevin (Mindy) and Jeff (Julia) Clodius.  Dear grandfather of Dan, Meaghan, Lauren, Hannah, Marissa and Grace Clodius.  Dear brother of Mary Jane (Charles) Tessaro, Warren (Janis) Clodius and the late William (June) Clodius and Rosemary (Joseph) Saake.  Our dear uncle, great uncle, cousin, godfather, and friend.

Mr. Clodius retired from the St. Louis City Police Department after 30 years of service.  He was an avid golfer and fisherman and a member of the Ozark Fly Fishing Club.

SERVICES:  Private burial services will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery with full military honors.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to the American Heart Association are appreciated.

  2. Condolences. My name JEFF CLODIUS. I don’t believe I’ve met Carl but would have been nice to. I lost my number Gail a few years ago and it’s not easy for anyone losing someone close. Prayers to you all and Sorry for your loss
