In Loving Memory

Colombo, Eugenia Marie

Colombo, Eugenia “Jean” Marie 87, of St. Louis, MO passed peacefully on July 4, 2022. Born October 25th, 1934 to the late Abelardo “Ceasar” Cardani and Mary Colombo. She was the doting and loving wife of 64 years to Donald Colombo; proud mother to late Kenneth (Diana) Colombo; grandmother to Bryan (Kerry) Colombo, Justin (Julie) Colombo, Matt (Tawney) Colombo + Ted; adoring great grandmother to Milo, Dominic, Jaxson and Jilliana. Preceded in death by her sister, she was also a loving great aunt. Jean was proud of her Italian Heritage and fondly recalled her life on “The Hill” before she and Don moved to Maryland Heights. She enjoyed cooking, baking, get-togethers with friends, and traveling cross country with family.  She always spoke her mind and loved spending time with others. Her son and grandchildren were the light of her life, and she was happiest when they had everything they needed.  She will be missed by all.

Services: Visitation: 7/12, 5-8 p.m., Kutis Affton Chapel, 10151 Gravois. Funeral: 7/13, 9:30 a.m. at Kutis. Interment to follow: Jefferson Barracks.

  1. To Jean’s family, I am saddened to hear of Jean’s passing. She was a nice lady and good friend and neighbor. She and Don lived in the same neighborhood as my parents, they were Bingo-going friends for many years.
Condolences to you all and may she rest in peace.
