With our deepest sadness, we share that on November 23, 2025, Gregory passed away. He spent 42 years as a loving husband to Yolanda.
He was a devoted father to Renee and Derek, and a proud grandfather to Christian, Maxwell, Ethan, Emma, and Aubrey.
He was the cherished son of Wayne and Judy, and the eldest brother to Darcy, Kevin, Larry, David, and Robyn.
In 1978, Gregory joined the United States Naval Reserve and served aboard the USS Constellation, beginning a life marked by duty, loyalty, and quiet strength.
He loved his family, his friends, and his country with a depth that can’t be replicated. The world is dimmer without his steady light, and his absence leaves a hollow space in the hearts of all who loved him.
Services: Visitation Friday, December 5, 2025 at Kutis South County Chapel (5255 Lemay Ferry Road) 2:00 – 8:00 PM with at service at 4:00 PM. Inurnment at Jefferson Barracks at a later date.
I am very sorry to know Mr. Kook passed to the real life.
Of course I didn’t know him, but at the same time I could say I did, because in such a diverse platform as GETRR I have noticed how good man he seemed to be. Kind, well polished in his comments. I missed him around but had no way to find out what happened. I send my heartfelt sorrow for the family.
I am sure he is in good Hands and in peace.
