Marguerite “Peggy” Beckman Cook will be remembered as a loving mother to her 13 children, her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was also a second mother to many of her children’s friends. Her house was a warm and welcoming place with a dogwood tree in the front that was always lit with white lights and ready to be decorated for any occasion. While Peggy knew how to make ordinary days feel extraordinary, Christmas was a legendary time in her home. From the tree trimming parties to the epic piles of gifts being ripped open after midnight mass, holidays will forever serve as a reminder of the love and kindness that she showed to all.
Peggy will be remembered by many for her open door and open heart. Rest in peace as you join Dad, Aunt Mary, Chris, and Jennifer in heaven.

Mrs. B, I was always welcome in your house and you and Jim treated me like your own son. Your family was there for me during some great times and some very difficult times. The love I received from you was so special, knowing you were always there for some motherly support was something I did not fully appreciate until a much later age. You are truely a one of a kind.
We r soooo very sorry for your loss. She was a BEAUTIFUL, WONDERFUL LADY! Needless to say with Dawngie being married to Jim Jr & having our 3 grandbabies, gave us a lot of time to see each other on a pretty regular basis at all kinds of parties or showers or bbq’s & swimming.! Peg will ALWAYS BE DEAR TO MY HEART & OUR LORD truly got another ANGEL! We will really miss her. REST IN PEACE PEG & PARTY DOWN OR UP! 😂 We LOVE U! 💔😇🙏🏻❤️ Pam & Bobby
Best Christmas memories at the old house. Love you Peg. I will miss the get togethers this summer. Rest peacefully, coolest aunt ever!
