Beloved husband of Jannie Cook (nee Hampton); loving father of Janell (Larry) DeClue and the late Annette Joan Cook; adoring grandfather of Tyler (Brooke) DeClue and Melissa DeClue; cherished great-grandfather of Halle Jane Houska, dear brother of Robert (the late Willadean) Cook, Shirley (Fred) Portwood and the late Donald Lee (Louellen), Elmer (June), Delmar and John (Beverly) Cook; dear brother-in-law of the late Leslie (surviving Audrey) Hampton, Louie Hampton, Hetty (Joe) Tansca and Ervin Hampton. Our dearest uncle, great-uncle, great-great-uncle, cousin and friend to many.
Visitation at Kutis Affton Chapel 10151 Gravois Rd. 63123 on Wednesday, April 10 from 4-8 pm. with Funeral Service on Thursday, April 11 at 11:30 am. Interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions to Davis Upper Bee Fork Cemetery appreciated.

I am so deeply sorry for your loss. Prayers for everyone. Otto was such a sweet man! He loved telling the story of when I knocked over the Christmas tree. I have a lot of fun memories of our families hanging out together. Heaven gained a good man. Love and prayers, Jackie (Walker) Piercy.
Our deepest sympathy to the Cook family. Otto was a wonderful man who loved his family and lived his best life everyday. He was always happy to see you and never met a stranger. His smile was great. He will be missed but has left so many memories to cherish. You all are in our prayers.

We are so sorry to learn of Otto’s passing. He was such a dear man with a heart of gold. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Cook and DeClue families.
