In Loving Memory

Corvera, Gonzalo

 

age 70, died on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at home in the loving care of his family. He was born in Cochabamba, Bolivia and is the beloved husband of Barbara Corvera (nee Witt) of St. Louis, MO; loving father of Lara and Anna Corvera; and dear son-in-law of Helen Crawford. He was preceded in death by his adoring parents Dr. Romulo Corvera and Elisa Rico de Corvera. He is the cherished brother of Carlos (Argentina), Henry, and Oscar Corvera, Gloria Jacob, and Gladys Baker. Gonzalo came to the US as a student in the late 1960s, became a US citizen in the 1980s, created a strong family with his wife, and built a successful small business. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, godfather, and friend to many. The family expresses their gratitude to Siteman Cancer Research for the care he received. He now rests in the loving arms of our Lord Jesus Christ.
