Beloved husband of LaVerne Cotner (nee Basden). Dear father of Joan (the late Lee) Noblin and Jack (Cathy) Cotner. Dear grandfather of the late Christopher Noblin. Dear great grandfather of Nathan and Leland.
Mr. Cotner was a member of the Concrete Council of St. Louis.
SERVICES: Private services were held at Mount Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Jude Children’s Hospital appreciated.
Jack was a devoted husband & father – he truly loved his family. A good man in every way. He was so proud of you, Joan & Jack. Please accept my sincere sympathies on your profound loss. This world has lost a beautiful soul but heaven is brighter now that he is there.
He was a great Grand father to Me and a wonderful great grandfather to Alexandra Rhea. He will be dearly missed.
