Cathy was a wonderful friend and neighbor to my late sister Janet Murphy on Michael Ave in Shrewsbury. She was a very caring, generous person, and will be missed by all.
i was friends with Cathy since first grade at st.michael’s in shrewsbury , through Dubourg high school till now . 66 years of friendship. She will truly be missed especially at the st. mikes get togethers. Oh how we will miss her amazing multi layered chocolate cake. Nobody could duplicate it. Oh how we will miss you Cathy.

So very sorry to see Cathy has passed. She was a great kid and even greater woman. I’m so glad we St. Mike’s kids got to reconnect when Nicole and our Joe were in the same class at Mary Queen.

Always greeted me with a, “Hey Cuz” —–what a kind and generous person. Good times growing up in Shrewsbury and St Michael’s. Cathy always went out of her way to be kind to my wife, my kids and grandkids. Hey Cuz will see ya in heaven
It is with great sadness we have heard of Cath’s passing. Our memories go way back to our first visits to the Hamill household in St. Louis. The welcome we got from Bob and Virginia oiur cousin. Subsequest trips to St. Louis and then the great trips she made to ireland. Food was the normal topic of the day, sharing recipes fun and laughter allt he way. God be good to your gental soul Cathy. Ron Nikki and Greg you are remembered in our thoughts and prayers.
