George Thomas “Bud” Cutter

George Thomas “Bud” Cutter, born on January 7, 1939, of Fenton, MO passed away on September 13, 2024 at his home. Preceding him in death were his parents George T. Cutter and Virginia Cutter (Lakey), and his brother, Virgil E. Cutter. He is survived by his beloved wife, Fay L. Cutter. Wonderful father to Daniel E. (Michelle) Cutter and David E. Cutter. Grandfather to Benjamin T. Cutter, Alexandra P. Cutter, Allyson B. Cutter and Brady E. Cutter.

He was a registered Professional Engineer (Electrical), a long-time ham radio operator (73 “KOGC” SK), and a dedicated square dance caller. Rest in Peace Bud. You are very loved and terribly missed.

Graveside Service and Interment: Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.  A Celebration of Life will be held in his honor to be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shriners Children’s St. Louis | Children’s Hospital (shrinerschildrens.org), St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (stjude.org) or any animal rescue association.
