Services: Funeral at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. on Saturday, July 30, 12 noon. Interment Park Lawn Cemetery. Contributions in Elmer’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s association. Visitation Friday from 4-8 p.m.
