  3. Our family has so many wonderful memories of Mr Dinkins. His dedication to Southwest Baptist Church, his family, and his church family is unparalleled. Mr Dinkins was a man who spoke what he believed, and acted in accordance with his beliefs. He ran the race set before him with perseverance, and fixed his eyes upon his Lord. He is an example for us all to follow. We knew him not only as a leader in our church, but also as a friend outside of church. He even drove the school bus our kids rode to Kirkwood Middle School. He kept those kids in line and probably had the most orderly bus of all. But the kids (not just my kids, but all the kids) still loved and respected him! Mr Dinkins, you are loved by many and will be missed by all who knew you. Save us a place in heaven for the day is coming when we will see you there. Well done, faithful servant. You fought the good fight, finished the race, and kept the faith.

My deepest condolences to you as you miss your beloved husband and father. What a great testimony he was for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I know he is rejoicing in heaven . We can have that wonderful assurance even though we experience this separation in this life.
He meant a great deal to me and my family. We shared this love of our church and our Savior. What a wonderful time we had together!
Much love to you all as you grieve Jim , but celebrate his love and life that he lived.
