Norma May Doolin, 92, of St. Louis, Missouri, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 27, 2025. Born to Henry and Augusta Lacy, she was the first of five children raised on the family farm, in Pinckneyville, Illinois.
Norma met and married the love of her life, Charles Doolin, and together they built a home filled with faith, love, and sweet memories. A devoted wife, mother, and homemaker, she loved her grandchildren as if they were her own children. She cherished time at Table Rock Lake, baking her oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies, crocheting and celebrating Christmas surrounded by family.
A woman of deep faith, Norma rarely missed a Sunday service and lived her life to honor God. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Dear Diane, and Rick and Wayne and Kay and all your family, we are so very sorry for your great loss of your dear mother and grandmother. Seeing that sweet picture of Aunt Norma, the memories come flooding back of when we were little kids having get togethers at Grandma Lacy’s and all the relatives and great food and happy chattering! Am not able to be there for the visitation but please know that we have you all in our thoughts and prayers during this very sad and very difficult time. Love, Sherry and Ron Ridgeway
