Loving husband of the late Helen Dorste; loving father of Pam (Steve) Arrington, Richard Jr., Robert (Sherry) and David (Kim) Dorste; loving grandfather of Larry, Laura, Jessica,  Megan, Alec and Jordan; loving great-grandfather of Arlyn,  Laney, Ali and Evelyn.

Richard was a proud owner of Dorste Masonry and an area craftsman for over 40 years.

Services: Funeral from KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd., Thursday, January 19, 9:15 AM. for 10 AM Mass at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church. Interment Mount Olive Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Heart Association appreciated. Visitation Wednesday, 4-8 p.m.
