Douglas, Faye J.

 

Douglas, Faye J. a precious, dear, darling child of God, went to her life with her Savior Jesus Christ on Aug. 22, 2016. She was born one of 5 children on May 6, 1927 to Edna Martin and Thomas Richard Wells in Wickliffe, Kentucky.  She is survived by her brother Thomas Richard Wells Jr.  She was married to her wonderful husband, Charles K. Douglas, on March 16, 1946 and God gave them 6 precious, loving, children: Patricia (Gene) Hosey, Charlotte (Troy)  McIntyre, Kenneth Douglas, all of  Sikeston, MO, Rita Cooksey of Poplar Bluff, MO and Sarah (John) Wolffer of Oakville, MO, and preceded  in death by Gary Douglas.  She delighted in and loved all her 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren.

Services: Visitation will be at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd., Friday, August 26, 10-12 noon, followed by the Funeral Mass at St. John the Baptist, 4200 Delor St., at 1:00 p.m.,  Burial will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery,  2900 Sheridan Road, at 2:15 p.m.
