Saturday, January 14, 2017. Beloved husband of Charlan Earnie (nee Karg); loving father of Cheryl (Richard) Kopp and the late Michael Earnie; adoring grandfather of Kristin (Ben) Johnston, Katelyn, Karli and Kyle Kopp. Fred served in the US Navy, then went to work at McDonnell Douglas for over 31 years, where he earned his masters degree from Washington University. After his retirement, he worked for Trailnet for 10 years.   He enjoyed traveling, golf, bowling, playing cards and spending time with his many loyal and supportive friends.

Services: Memorial visitation at Lutheran Church of the Resurrection (9907 Sappington Rd., 63128) on Friday, January 20, from 10:30 a.m. until service time at 11:00 a.m. Luncheon to follow at church.
