December 18, 1942 - July 1, 2025

Raymond Thomas Engelhardt entered peace on Tuesday July 1, 2025. Beloved husband of 60 years to Dorothy Engelhardt. Dear brother of Roger and Thomas Engelhardt Dutiful father of Raymond, Roger and Linda Engelhardt (Psihramis). Devoted grandfather to Roger, Josef, Ivan, Ryan, Randy, Athena and Vincent.

A dedicated Union Pipefitter at Monsanto/Solutia Queeny Plant for 33 years.

Raymond enjoyed the company of his children and grandchildren. Painting, reading, chess and old movies. Playing ball with his beloved dog Polk Salad Annie or “Pokey” for short.

A devoted member of the New Covenant Methodist Church his faith and devotion in Christ brought him peace and relief in the frustrating and painful times of his life.

Visitation Wednesday, July 9, 4-7p with a brief memorial service at 6:30p, Kutis Affton Chapel 10151 Gravois Rd.

Donations to New Covenant Methodist Church, 900 Bellerive St, St Louis, MO 63111 or the charity of your choice is preferred.

    Even though I have not seen Ray and you in many, many years I have such fond memories of both of you. Growing up my brother Russ and I coming over to your house on Bates and Ray always being very entertaining! Prayers for you, your children and grandchildren.

    Rochelle at the Y told me of your husband’s death. I am so sorry! I’ve thought of you so often, but haven’t been taking my dog walking in this heat. I’ll give you a call soon! Meanwhile I am holding all of you up to God during this time of great sadness!
