Farris, Matthew Wayne, passed away on November 7, 2025.

Dearest son of Billy Ray and the late Denise Farris; loving husband of Nicole Sandifer; cherished father of Shelby (Taylor) Mueller, Brayden Sandifer and Cooper Sandifer; dear brother of Nicole Farris; dear bestfriend of the late Cecil Sandifer; our dear uncle, cousin and friend.

Services: Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, on Thursday, November 13, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Funeral service on Friday, November 14, 12:00 pm at Kutis South County Chapel. Services conclude at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.

  1. So sorry to hear of your loss Matt was a dear friend and he gave me alot of work, got me through some hard times, he will be missed.

So many great memories from the parties at your house when your parents were out of town, to the nickname broken ribs you gave me, parties at the cabin no matter what you always made everyone laugh. The time your tired rolled off the rim and me and another girl were standing outside waiting for you to get back and someone called the cops because there was two kids standing outside waiting your truck… you were an amazing person and will be missed tremendously!!!

Matt was an awesome person, we didn’t know him well, but my son in law loved him tremendously, he pulled us out of a jam a couple of times, once when we were stranded on the highway with a flat tire, he picked us up and took us to find a tire, had met with him a few times, he was a great person, Nicole sending you hugs and prayers

  9. So sorry to hear of Matt’s passing. I can’t count the number of Trees Matt and his Crew took down for me, but I will always remember how fast he responded when
    we were in dire straits. They always did a great job!

  10. My brother from another mother..You will be truly missed..most people look forward to celebrating their birthday…I looked forward to March first first day for trout fishing with my big buddy
    ..man this hurts..I will remember the great times we had…

  11. Matt was a giant sweetheart. Everyone at ESSE knew him, loved him and used his service. My condolences for you and your family. May GOD strengthen, and continue healing.
