Charlotte Elaine Ferrendelli (née White), 78, of Festus, Missouri, passed away on June 21, 2026 at Mercy Hospital South.
Charlotte was born on November 1, 1947, in Arkansas. Charlotte lived a life devoted to her faith, family, church and senior living communities. Charlotte was the beloved mother of Christopher, William (Cindy), and Anthony. She was also a cherished grandmother to Anthony, Michael, William, Erik, Ethan, Shelby, Brittney, Alyssa, Chloe, and Ava Grace, and a proud great-grandmother to Alaia, Kyla, Scarlett, and Matthew. And sister to Cleidus and Patricia.
Charlotte was predeceased by her son Matthew; her mother, Dora Willy (nee Weaver); her father, Cleidus White; and her stepfather, Donald Willy.
A woman of deep faith and unwavering devotion to God, Charlotte was an active member of Vital Church—South Campus. She served the church with a generous spirit as a volunteer, and shared her gifts as a cook and Sunday School teacher. Her dedication to her faith was evident in every aspect of her life, as she lived with joy and purpose, filled with the Holy Spirit.
Those who knew Charlotte will remember her kindness, her smile, her love of the color red, the love she had for her grandchildren and church family. She was full of life up to her last moments on this earth. Her legacy will continue through the lives she touched.

Services: Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, on June 29, 2026, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM until funeral services at 12:00 PM. Interment Shepherd Hills Cemetery 1925 Old State Rd M, Barnhart, MO 63012.

Charlotte was one of the first ladies I met at Sunridge Meadows. She was like a mother hen to everyone. She made the best coffee for sure. Everyone here loved her. I will miss her so much. Condolences and prayers for all of her family.

My family met Charlotte when my Grand Daughter Remy was born in 2011. She babysat her when my daughter went back to work. The connection we all had to Charlotte was instant, genuine, and loving. She became a part of our family and stayed in our lives. Remy considered her 3rd Grandma. Our hearts are broken knowing that we won’t see or talk to her until it’s our time. Our hearts go out to her family. Heaven has gotten a true angel.

Charlotte and I would be up very early each day at Sunridge Meadows and meet in the “kitchen “ area for coffee. We grew up about a block away from each other and would ‘gossip’ daily about mutual friends we knew in the old neighborhood. So sorry for ur loss…..

Charlotte will be missed at our Vital Church De Soto location. She was a faithful member, and I will miss my greeting at the door as I speak this weekend. Her desire to follow Jesus will live on in the life of her church family. In thinking through the words of the Apostle Paul, “to be absent from this body is to be present with the Lord”, rings true. Charlotte’s vibrant personality will be one I will never forget.

Charlotte was such a special person to all who knew her. Full of life and love. Her devotion to Christ and the church was so valuable to me when I was her pastor. She always told me I was cool and even had me a name plate made that says “Cool Pastor Jerry”. I will always have fond memories of Charlotte. I can only imagine the reunion, when she saw her mom and dad Bro. Don and Sis. Dora Willy as she crossed over into her heavenly home. Until we meet again…Much love to her family.

That spot she sat in every morning, that warm smile of hers greeting me as I walked in the door at Sunridge Meadows is greatly missed. I still expect to see her there. This place will never be the same without Charlotte.
I feel fortunate to have been able to get to know her and to be a witness to her kindness.
I will miss the conversations we shared, both being “boy mom’s”! You could feel the love for her family in every word she spoke.

I first met Charlotte when I went to work for Uncle Bills in Manchester, Mo. That was.in Nov. 2005. We became the best of friends over time! I am so deeply saddened by the loss of her!! May you have eternal rest in heaven!! You will be missed by so many whose lives you touched!! Rest in peace!
