was born on November 12, 1967 and died suddenly on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at the age of 58.
Loving girlfriend of Jerald Ellis; beloved mother of Antoinette (David) Jackson, Joseph (Maggie) and Robert (Jaime) Moenigmann; dearest “granny” of Hannah, Rachel, Ben, Josh, Jacob, Emily, and Adrian; loving daughter of the late Anton and Josephine Ferris (nee Caliguri); dear sister of Margaret (the late Tom) Fitzgibbons, Donna (the late Arry) Howard, Donald Briggs and Joseph (Lisa) Ferris; our dear aunt, great-aunt, great-great-aunt and friend of many.
Fran was a devoted mother who took immense pride in her children. She also loved the holidays, family gatherings and creating joyful memories with all who knew her. Fran was a lifelong St. Louis Cardinals fan and she cherished attending games as a spectator after retiring from her years of work at Busch Stadium.
