  1. Eric, my heartfelt condolences to you, your sister and all who knew and loved your Mother. For many of us, especially those who were fortunate enough to have a Mom who was a school teacher, our Moms are our biggest cheerleaders, and push us past our comfort level with love, grace and sometimes a metaphorical kick in the butt. God bless your Matriarch who now rests in Paradise after an earthly life lived well in the service of others. May your memories be sweet and plentiful.

  2. My own deepest sympathies, However, on behalf of my recently departed Mom, I want to express what a wonderful, flamboyant, generous and blessed friend and neighbor Jo was. On behalf of my recently departed brother John, I know he’d want to let you know what a dedicated and opinionated fellow Cardinal fan she was, both of them immensely enjoying discussions together. RIP Jo,

    • Ahhh, thanks, Tricia. So nice. You know my mom loved both your mom and John. “Dedicated and opinionated Cardinal fan…” Love that! Your mom was a great friend to our mom from the minute they met and through some difficult times toward the end. And I always appreciated your advice, wisdom and guidance throughout the last few years. Thank you for everything.
