Beloved wife of the late Heinrich Fischer; loving mother of Robert (Cynthia) and Thomas Fischer; adoring Oma of Audrey, Blake, Grant, Claudia and Benjamin; dear sister of George (Anna) Ruppe and the late Helen (Frank) Grill, Hilda, John (surviving Hilde), Albert (Cecelia), Josef (surviving Helene) and Helmuth (surviving Anna) Ruppe. Our dearest aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Funeral from Kutis Affton Chapel 10151 Gravois Rd. 63123 on Friday, January 5 at 9:30 am. to St. Matthias Catholic Church for 10:00 am. Mass. Interment at J.B. National Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 4-8 pm

  3. Dear Fischer family! We were sorry to hear of Rita’s passing! She was the dearest& sweetest person ! Loved to talk about her grandchildren. Good times were had with Rita & Henry& Fred & Geslind! We learned how to make sauerbraten!! I was always humbled by her gentle goodness! We will keep you in our hearts, thoughts &! Prayers.

  4. My memory goes back when the boys were in grade school. Being room mother and lunchroom duty with Rita. We did three years of cub scouts together. Those were the good old days.
    Since I’ve moved from St Matthias we have mainly seen each other at funerals.
    Sorry I could not make her funeral. She is in my prayers.
