In Loving Memory

Fitzgibbon, Thomas M.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at the age of 85.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 65 years, Susan (Meyer) Fitzgibbon, who stood by his side through every joy and challenge life presented. Their enduring bond serves as a testament to the strength of their love and commitment. Alongside Susan, he leaves behind his cherished children: Kathleen Morrison (Paul Sokolich), Daniel Fitzgibbon, Maureen Eppy (Joseph Eppy), and Peggy Manes (Chuck Wagner) each carrying forward the values and wisdom instilled by their father.

His presence will also be dearly missed by his 10 grandchildren Jenna, Joe, Kevin (Amy), Lily (Matt), Peter, Jack (Mary), Katelin, Nicholas, Ryen (Jay), Sydney (John) and 4 great-grandchildren Maeve, Beau, Connor and Norah, who were the source of endless joy and pride for him.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, located at 7622 Sutherland Ave, Shrewsbury MO, 63119. A Mass will immediately follow, offering a time for reflection and solace as we come together to honor his life and legacy.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to ALS.org https://donate.als.org/fundraiser/5374924 in his memory. Your donation will contribute to ongoing research and support for those affected by ALS, a cause close to his heart. By Kutis South County Chapel.
