I’ll miss the banter and kidding around that I enjoyed with Lindsey each time I called JJS. She had a wonderful sense of humor, and was always upbeat and helpful.
Sorry I cannot not pay her my final respects in person, but I trust G-d will give her soul a peaceful place to rest.
Lindsay shared our Cardinals season tickets for few years. She was one of the best sports fans ever. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. My condolences to all who loved her.
Words can express my deepest sympathy for your family. Lindsay was an amazing soul. She loved her sports and her Scout I will miss seeing her posts and updates regarding her travels and sporting activities.
Hugs my dear friend. Rest in Peace.
You will be sorely missed dear friend
I know Scout will really miss you too. 3rd Base Terrace will always remember you..
Your friend….Pat
So sorry for your loss. Lindsay was my cousin and my husband and myself were on holidays from Australia to catch up with family in USA. We were so lucky to have been able to see her just over a week ago. Scout will miss her so much. At least now she is at peace. 😥😥
Wednesday was always excited to talk about her relatives in Australia I am happy that you could make the visit and see her for such a short time. Thank you so much for your comforting words and please be safe on your trip.
Lindsey was a dear friend we made through our soccer connections. We shared many good times and considered her a friend. She will be truly missed.
RIP , The ambush games and visits to JJS will not be the same. Always a smile and friendly face. Taken way too soon.
Lindsey was a good friend I met through bowling. I will miss her dearly.
Amen To That!!!! She Introduced You To Me!!!!
I’ve known Lindsey a long time we work together in the St Louis ambush booster club the year the ambush won their championship in 1995 I would run into her occasionally but didn’t get to get around to all the sports that she was working at gone way too young special lady 😥❤️⚽⚾🏒
Thank you for the kind words Howard. You’ve been a great friend all these years your words are truly thoughtful and comforting
My thoughts and prayers are with Lindsey’s family. She was a caring person who always brought a smile to my face. She will be deeply missed.
Oh Lindsey…fly high young lady…My sincerest condolences to the family..RIP
Lindsey Fogerty…. my bookkeeper, my server, my Pepper sitter, but most important, my friend. There are so many memories. Times at the restaurant spent laughing and cutting up, Cardinals games, her stories of bowling, the places she traveled to for sporting events, Uranus fudge, always wondering what color her nails would be, her sports jobs and hilarious stories associated with them, her sparing with Tom, her love of Scout and taking her Scouters to the dog day games, her visits to hang out when we lived in TX (and of course to get in a game or two in Dallas), our St Louis visits and dinner with her and her dad, Terry; it just goes on and on. My heart is breaking as I realize that my friend will never share my latest adventure and visit Tom and I in Belize, never pick at Tom again; a very bright light has just been extinguished from my life, and Im sure from the lives of many others, as well. You will be greatly missed, Lindsey, and never, ever forgotten. RIP sweetie. This world is a darker place without you but wherever you are has now gained a shining new star. Love you always.
Hello Mary, what you said is only half the story. Whatever she was going to do something with you or for you she was always excited and willing to get started. I think she gained from being around you and your loved ones a certain bonding that only you two could appreciate. I think you gave her a lot of confidence with mentoring her with a lot of your knowledge. It was always Mary this and Mary that when she spoke about you. In her brief life she lived to an old age Way Beyond her years. Thank you so much for being her friend
I will miss her smile and our hockey banter. We met when she was in Dallas for a game and bonded over our love of sports. The Blues now have a new meaning for me. Now she can watch all the games and I know she is with me always. 💙💙💙
I met Lindsay a decade ago. She was a lover of all things sports, St. Louis sports, and specifically of the St. Louis Ambush. Many times Scout came to the games with her when we had a “bring your dog to the game” night. She traveled to support the players, and it was no surprise to me when she joined the staff for the Family Arena. I could always count on seeing her near section 112. I appreciate her dedication to the Ambush, and to this city. She will be missed.
Thank you Shelly, you have no idea of Lindsay’s Limitless talents. Did you know that she wrote for the steamers fan club newsletter? When I first read it several years ago I thought somebody from the Post-Dispatch had written and wondering how she got her hands on it. In her timid way she said that she had written it and I had to tell her dad what an unbelievable piece of Journalism it was. I wish I heading on whatever became of those newsletters? While she was working for us as you may know she also worked for the soccer club, baseball Cardinals, and even filled in out at the St Charles Dome for many different events, usually sporting but quite a few Musical shows. Lindsay probably really needed a sports agent because she was not really good at promoting herself. She was like a worker B e e in a huge hive that made the queen look good. To say she’ll be missed is not doing Justice to what she was about. She certainly was a queen in my book. I really appreciate your thoughts
Lindsey was a loyal friend and always took time to talk to people. Always enthusiastic in her support of St. Louis sports teams, she also started working as stadium/Arena staff for the Cardinals and City SC as well as Family Arena. had known her since the Ambush started playing at Family Arena over a decade ago. Gone too soon, she will be missed.
Lindsey gives new meaning to the words, “sports fan.” Her love and dedication to her teams (and to Scout of course) is unrivaled. I will miss our road trips to City away games, and our periodic soccer watch meetings around St. Louis. Farewell, Friend.
Such a great loss to so many who knew her. I enjoyed working with her at the Cardinals and Family Arena.
Leslie, I’m so sorry for your loss. You’ve been thru so much that you don’t deserve this. Don’t know why shitty things happen to young ones.
Hope you can get over this since you’re a young one.
Sorry I couldn’t be there for you.
If you need anything I can do I’m still around although I’m falling apart fast
Love you girl
I was so sorry to hear the news about Lindsey’s passing. I had no idea that she was dealing with carcer. I am grateful, however, that she is no longer suffering with that terrible illness! Now she is with God, her mother, brother, and uncle in paradise. RIP Lindsey.
I was so sorry to hear of Lindsey’s passing. I was not aware that she had been diagnosed with cancer, so hearing this news was truly a shock!
I have to believe that she is now in paradise with God , her mother, brother and uncle, as well as the rest of her family and friends that passed before her. I can only hope that there is a ” Field of Dreams” where they can all be together and watch “The greatest players that ever were” any time they want.
Even though we are in Australia we (I) will miss Lindsey so much. Her heart was so full and so giving. She loved everything St Louis, her Scout, her friends and her family. I wish she could have come out here and visited. I’m sure she’s up there now not just watching but playing all the sports she loved so much (I will miss those sporting adventure posts). I can’t help but think there’s a Ted Drewes machine in Heaven as well! Much love to all the family and all the friends that will miss her so much. Rest now Lindsey. Chip, Holly, Jamie, Suzette and family. Xo
