SERVICES: Funeral service will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery on Friday, September 13, 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the American Heart Association appreciated. Mr. Gagel was a Washington University Alumni and a member of the United States Navy Nuclear Submarine Corps.
