Gaynor, Adele A. “Etty”, 97 of Arnold, MO passed away October 20, 2022 in her home with her family by her side. She was born October 13, 1925 in St. Louis, MO. She was the daughter of the late Paul and Ethel (nee Bucholz) Zahari.

She is survived by her son Dennis P. Gaynor; her 7 grandchildren: Denise (Vince) Jackson, Chrissy Zahn, Thomas Zahn, David (Shelly) Zahn, Kyle, Aaron (Lillian) and Matthew Gaynor; her 6 great grandchildren: Austin, Sam, Sarah, Alyssa, Olivia, Emma and baby boy due in February; her 8 great-great grandchildren: Brandon, Lauren, Cassie, Clayton, Lilly, Lucas, Violet and Dillon.

She was preceded in death by her husband Dennis F. Gaynor, daughter Debbie Zahn and great granddaughter Kayla L. Leaders and many family and friends.

She will be remembered for her love for her family and her faith.

Services: Funeral at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. on Wednesday, October 26, 9:15 a.m. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday 5-8 p.m.

  1. I loved Adele, she was one of the sweetest persons I have ever met. She loved Jesus and His Church. She was a faithful Eucharistic adorer. She was always happy and positive, always smiling. She was a beautiful person and she made the world better. I am very sorry for the family’s loss, but I am positive heaven is rejoicing. May she rest in peace now and forever.
