Born December 20th, 1941, died November 24th, 2023. Preceded in death by his father Walter George Sr and his mother Winifred George. Survived by his brothers Robert George and Richard (Ann) George, and sisters Linda (John) DeBrecht and Janice (Jack) Quinn. He was also a beloved cousin, uncle and great uncle.
Wally was a nature and animal lover, but his primary passion in life was bird watching, in which he excelled. He lived and enjoyed an extrordinary life that most people only dream of, but Wally lived it. He lived life to the fullest, loved his family and friends. What more could you ask from a person? He will be sadly missed by his family and friends and by anyone who knew him.
A “Celebration of Life” will be held for Wally on Sunday, July 28th, 2024 from 1-5pm at the Holiday Inn Six Flags in Eureka, MO. For more information, to view pictures, or leave a memory, please visit: waltergeorgejr.com.
If you would like your email to be on a list for a reminder to be sent out shortly before the Celebration of Life this summer, please email: WG.Birdman@gmail.com and leave the names of those who may attend.

Wally was a fun Guy. Ken and I enjoyed the singalongs at the parties at his home. In the summer. Loved seeing all his birds coming and going.
May he rest in peace.
