  1. Marie was so welcoming to my mother Grace when she arrived at Mother of Good Counsel Home. She invited her to sit at her table for meals and always watched out for Mom. Marie will always be special to our family for the way she welcomed Mom to the first floor.

  3. I only knew her as Mrs. Gorczyca, since first grade when I met son Jim. During the 70’s and early 80’s, the Shaw Neighborhood and St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church was a place where your friends’ parents were involved in your well being. Mrs. Gorczyca and the entire Gorczyca family have been a blanket of warmth since first grade, five-plus decades ago. Farewell Mrs. Gorczyca, and thank you. You are loved forever.

Peace to the extended Gorczyca, Earley, Winkler, Wehring, and O’Shea families.
