Larry loved his family above all else and took pride in the generations he helped create. He enjoyed the outdoors, particularly fishing, and spent his retired years at the Lake of the Ozarks with his wife and family as much as possible. He was hard-working in his years in construction, a master at his craft. He had a truly kind heart, a warm smile, and welcoming arms. He was a story teller and a joker who loved to laugh with those around him. He will be missed beyond words and has left a lasting impression on the lives he touched.

  1. Married to his brother, I knew first hand how he loved to fish and hunt. He especially loved sitting on his pontoon as he got older fishing with his wife and family. He was a quiet man with a quick wit. He could always be counted on to help anyone who needed his expertise. He will be sorely missed by all us who loved him.

  2. Larry was a great neighbor and good friend. He was always willing to lend his advice and experience any time I asked for assistance on a repair or project on my house. We would often joke, when he helped me, that we should start a company called “Barely Able Construction “. Rest in peace, Larry. You will be missed.

    • Thank you, Mike. I don’t think I ever knew about the construction company: happy to have that tidbit 🙂
