Grossius, James “Jim” aka “Santa”

82 of Arnold, passed peacefully on Monday, January 22, 2018.  Born January 12, 1936 in St. Louis to the late Alexander Grossius and Mary Caragher. He is survived by his spouse Kathy (nee  Collins) of 50 years; two daughters, Debbie (Roy) Kidwell and Christy Grossius; one son, Jamie (Stacy) Grossius and 6 grandchildren, Tyler, Ashley and Jacob Kidwell, Ethan, Augustus and Avery Grossius; a brother, Al (Nancy) Grossius; and many other family members and friends. He was preceeded in death by his brother Robert Grossius.

Jim was an oiler for Anhueser Busch for 30 years and in  retirement he took pride in being “Santa” at malls in the  midwest and in his everyday life.

Services:  Funeral at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 5255     Lemay Ferry Rd., Sunday, January 28, 11 a.m. Interment  Private. Visitation Saturday, 4-8 p.m.
