Grossius, Kathleen A. “Kathy” (nee Collins) Tuesday August 5, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Jim Grossius. Dear mother of Debbie (Roy) Kidwell, Christy Grossius and Jamie (Stacy) Grossius. Dear grandmother of Tyler (Cindy) Kidwell, Ashley Kidwell, Jacob Kidwell, Ethan Grossius, Gus Grossius and Avery Grossius. Dear sister of Karen, Sharon, Eileen, Bill, Laurie, Teri and the late Maureen and Mark. Our dear sister-in-law, aunt, great aunt, cousin and friend.

Kathy devoted her life to helping others through her lengthy nursing career. After retirement, she enjoyed baking, sewing and spending time with her grandchildren and family.

Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. Sunday August 10, 11:00 am until 3:00 pm. Services conclude at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Stray Rescue of St. Louis, 2320 Pine St. (63103) appreciated.

  1. Dear Grossius Family,

    Although I did not know Kathleen, I know her sisters: Karen, Sharon and Eileen. Through the years, I learned of her and her great, gentle spirit and the loving devotion of the Collins family.

    She was certainly loved, and I feel as though I knew her. How I feel sa0dness for you all and send my sincerest condolences.

    I pray for angels to watch over her and the family.

  2. Our hearts are saddened by the loss of our dear friend, we have been so blessed with her in our lives. Another sweet angel in heaven, she will be missed.
