Gulledge, Linda Kathryn

“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith”                          2 Timothy 4:7

Linda Gulledge, 83, born on Thu. Feb. 12, 1942 passed away on Wed. Feb. 12, 2025.  She was the wife of Archie Gulledge. They shared 61 years of marriage together.

Born in Qulin MO, she was the daughter of Doc and Lola Benton. She is survived by her sisters: Joyce Brown, Judy Case, and Peggy Speer, and brother: Sonny Benton.

She is survived by her husband Archie Gulledge; her son Douglas Gulledge and his wife Laura; her grandchildren: Joshua Gulledge and his wife Christie and great-grandson Garrett, Ellen Huff and great-grandson Samuel, Sean Gulledge, and Anna Bean and her husband Joseph.

She was a member of Canaan Baptist Church.  She cherished her church family, and enjoyed both leading and participating in bible study programs.  She will be remembered for her love of God, and family, and as a wonderful example of someone walking in her Faith.

Services: The visitation will be held on Tue. Feb. 18 from 4:00pm-8:00pm CST at Kutis South County Chapel located at 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd, St. Louis, MO 63129.  The funeral service will be held on Wed. Feb. 19 from 9:00am CST (visitation) and then 10:00am-11:00am CST (service) at Canaan Baptist Church located at 5409 Baumgartner Rd, St. Louis, MO 63129.  The burial will be held on Thu. Feb. 20 at 1:00pm CST at Brown Chapel Cemetery Broseley, MO 63932.
