Melva Jean Hager
Melva Jean Hager, 84, passed away on Thursday, June 4th, 2026.
She was born in Polk County, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Robert and Clara Belle Hamilton.
Melva was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose life centered around her family.
She is survived by her husband, James Leroy Hager; her sons, Ronald James Hager (Teresa and family) and Timothy Lee Hager (Donna and family); as well as her grandson, Blake Edward Hager (Molly), along with other loving family members and friends who will cherish her memory.
Services: A visitation will be held at Kutis Funeral Home South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd, St. Louis, MO 63129, on Monday, June 8th, beginning at 11:30 a.m. The funeral service will follow at 1:30 p.m., with burial to take place afterward.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her love, strength, and devotion to her family
