My compliment of Mike Hale is that the Sight and Hearing Impaired Society may not have been better than what Mike had done so much done for us and Mary Hale.

Well done Mike and for us and our Society will endure.

  29. Mike is a perfect example of a true follower of Christ. The service to our country, police force, coaching, SSPing to anyone he could help! He gave a whole day driving 2 hours to and from Illinois, to help Bob pick up Bob’s pride and joy, a red on red mustang convertible.
I feel his trivia questions and emcee at the trivia nights was when we saw his true colors, to bring joy and laughter to everyone! The voice from the back left corner at the SASI meetings will always be missed. Mike was the first person I met that had a Deaf/Blind spouse, we could share our frustrations and tell the stories of the craziness of our lives without judgement. It became a ritual in that back left corner each month, to great each other with “so what did you get volunteered for in the past month?”. Prayers to the Hale family _m/
