In Loving Memory

Hall, Phyllis C. (nee Ooton)

Passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2021, after a courageous fight with Covid.  She was the devoted wife of the late Paul J. Hall and the late Richard H. Jerome, Jr.; mother to Janelle Gibson (David); daughter to the late Robert and Fern Ooton; sister to the late Robert E. Ooton, Jr.; stepmother to Mark Hall and Karen Voertman (Jeff); and many nieces, nephews, and family members.

Phyllis was born in Springfield, Illinois.  She graduated from Washington University with a double major of Education and English.  She also graduated from Webster University with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development.  She ended her career as a recruiter with St. Mary’s Hospital.

Phyllis was a passionate golfer who loved to be outdoors; loved to dance and most of all, loved to laugh and have fun.

Services are:  Visitation Kutis Affton Chapel, 10151 Gravois, Sunday, February 14, 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Masks are required.  Funeral is scheduled Monday, February 15, 2021, 9:00 a.m. with interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
