  1. Mr. Hantak I met Ted at Siteman Cancer Butler Hill while he and I were going through Our treatments. When he first introduced himself to me I asked about you ( his Father) being a retired NFL Referee and explained that years ago I had worked at your home repairing your telephone service . He acknowledged that that was you in fact his Father . From that morning on we became friends . I looked forward to seeing him at my treatments because we would talk while getting our care . We said we were going to get together when we completed our treatments for lunch . I ended up in the hospital for over three weeks and when I did go back to Siteman for infusion I always looked for Ted hoping that he was doing well . I am so sorry and sad that Ted Passed . He was always upbeat and positive . He made me feel better whenever we visited . I know that Ted is in a better place now with his Mother and Brother and is no longer in pain or suffering. My sincere condolences to you and your Son Tim.
