Hartmann, Linda, passed away peacefully at home with her children on Friday, April 16, 2021. Linda was the beloved wife, partner, and best friend of the late Donald O. Hartmann Sr. She was the loving mother of Kimberly (Mark) Mosley, Donald Jr. (Diana Somogyi), Jacqueline (Raymond III) Cordes, and Michele (Scott) Lively. Linda was also the proud MeMe of Amber (Tyler), Matthew, Daniel (Desiree), Hannah, Jacob, Raymond IV, Ashton, Kasey, Ryan, Rolen, the late Tyler; Great MeMe of Lucas and Aria; and dear sister to Bill (Jan) Sparks. Linda put her family before all else and she was a warm and loving mother. She cherished her role as MeMe and treasured her grand and great-grandchildren, embracing every moment with them. She felt honored to serve her church, community, and children everywhere. Linda made people feel special everywhere she went and was a MeMe to all.

Linda, you will be missed by so many. I loved seeing your smiling face at St. Lucas and you helped me feel welcomed. You were always so kind to our boys when we lived down the street. Don has many funny memories from his youth and being at your house with your Don. I’ll miss seeing that smile, even though it’s been awhile since I’ve seen you.
Until we meet again…..

I will miss my bright, playful, nature-loving friend. The first time we met she gave me a bottle of bubbles to blow. I knew I had met a kindred spirit. May she find wooded paths to walk in heaven.

Linda was a dear person. She was loved by many. I knew her well, both from Webster High School and St. Lucas UCC. Also, she sat in front of me in class at Webster. We became good friends. My wife and I will always miss her friendly face and conversation. I will be reaching out to fellow Webster students to make them aware of her passing. Lonnie & Jean Haefner

Our monthly coffee visits with many chuckles were one of the highlights of my life. The deep thought provoking discussions on so many subjects always left me so grateful for a friend like you. You are one SPECIAL lady and will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing you. Rest In Peace my dear dear friend.

I don’t know if we will get to the visitation. Covid keeps showing up and don’t know if want to risk it. Linda was one of my favorites. Always was interest in her roots. Will miss her. Thinking of the family.

I’m grateful for our coffee chats at Breadco when I first retired, and the knowledge and kindness Linda brought to so many projects at Saint Lucas. I’ll miss her presence among us.

I knew Linda through book club and while she was often quiet her comments were always thoughtful and thought-provoking. When I was going through a difficult time she was there for me. She no doubt is brightening heaven with her beautiful smile and kind spirit.

Our deepest sympathies to the entire Hartmann family. Linda’s grace, constant smile and caring ways always brightened a room and uplifted the hearts of those lucky to know her. May your treasured memories bring you comfort during the hard times and add a special layer of love to the happy memories.

Linda we will all miss you. You gave so much. From your small acts of kindness, to teaching us at church how to use journaling as a tool to deepen our faith, to your directions in the kitchen to help us serve a meal. Just a very small list of things I thank you for.
