Passed away peacefully  Wednesday, May 10, 2017.  Beloved  husband of Chris  Harvatin (nee Vitale); loving  father of Nicki (BJ) Galkowski, Staci (Nate)  Lindsey and A.J. Harvatin;  cherished Paup of Dominic and Mara; dear son of Lucy and the late Jim  Harvatin; dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, cousin, Godfather and friend to many.

Jim was a proud member of the St. Louis Carpenters District Council Millwright Local 716. Jim enjoyed hunting, fishing and was a jack of all trades.

Services: Memorial Visitation at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois, Saturday, May 13, 2-7 p.m. with a funeral service at 5 p.m. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, www.themmrf.org would be most appreciated. []
