So surprised and saddened to hear of Fred’s passing. Fred was my patrol boy when I was in 3rd grade at Holy Family School in South St Louis. Our parents were friends. My prayers and condolences to his family. He was a great public servant in his police career. I will miss seeing him in church when attending with his grandson Nick. RIP my friend. ♥️🙏✝️
