Hays, Melinda “Minna”

Melinda “Minna” Hays  Sunday, February 4, 2024.  Beloved sister of Jim (Angie) Hays, Barb (Ray) Kountzman, Mary (Brad) Zachry, Mike Hays, Rosie (Bobby) Wagner.  One of her favorite titles was “Aunt Minna” as she had kids in each of her nieces and nephews.  A special niece of Nancy Soaib, cousin and special friends Kathy DePung and Dixie Tucker.

She was a longtime employee of Tri-Star Mercedes-Benz who never met a stranger.  She was a sweet, beautiful, kind, perfect sister, aunt and friend, above all she was the boss of all of us.

Services:  Funeral from Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Road to Mary Mother of the Church Mass on Friday, February 9 at 11 a.m. Interment Shepherd Hills Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to Alzheimer’s Association, appreciated. Visitation Thursday, February 8, 4-8pm.

    Please accept my condolences on the loss of your dear sister Melinda. May God rest her soul. Melinda is now free of pain and suffering and gets beautiful wings to fly like a peaceful angel. Melinda was a very lucky sister to be surrounded by her caring brothers and sisters like Barb !

  4. To all the Hays sisters and brothers my deepest sympathy for the lost of Minnie. I knew her for many years and she was always a very warm and friendly person. I know she will be greatly missed by the many who knew her.
