A Celebration of Life will be held at Kutis Affton Chapel 10151 Gravois Rd. 63123 on Monday, September 21 from 2-4 pm. with a Service at 4:00 pm. In lieu of flowers contributions to Conquer Chiari Donate – C & S Patient Education Foundation – Conquer Chiari appreciated.
