Richard Steven Hebenstreit was born in St Louis, MO to Paul and Laverne (nee Stehr) Hebenstreit on April 13, 1944, and entered into rest on Sunday, October 12, 2025.
Dear father of Kelly Hebenstreit, and Risha (Andrew) Bricker. Loving grandfather of Nicholas Conrad, Brandon Berry, Victoria Bricker. Dear great grandfather of Arthur Conrad, and Jillian Berry. Dear brother of Terry (Deborah Hebenstreit, Gina Nemat) Farokhmanesh, and the late Paul (Karen) Hebenstreit, Jr. Dear uncle, cousin, and friend of many.
Richard retired from Lewis Pump where he was a foreman. He loved to do anything and everything outdoors. He was an avid fisherman, hunter and golfer. He also owned race horses with his daughter. He was loved, and will be truly missed by many.
SERVICES: A VISITATION will be held on Saturday, October 18 from 8:30 am until time of FUNERAL SERVICE at 10:00 am at the Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. Burial at Mt Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in his honor appreciated to the American Cancer Society – Pancreatic Cancer.
So sorry to hear of Rick’s passing. Sympathy and prayers for the family during this difficult time. We had some great times back in the day on many bowhunts and archery events. RIP
