A big man with a heart to match…thank you Fr Kevin for your priesthood…enjoyed “working” with you delivering Christmas boxes for Fr Bob. May you rest in peace🙏🏼
The coolest priest I’ve ever met. Always made time for anyone who needed it. Rest in peace.
I met Fr Kevin as a student at CBC High School. He was definitely the coolest priest and had an amazing way of relating to young Catholics. He married my wife and I almost 30 years ago on September 30, 1995. Thank you Fr Kevin for being an amazing priest and person. You impacted so many lives. Rest in peace.
I knew and loved Fr. Kevin from my time at Holy Rosary grade school and Rosati-Kain high school. He was a wonderful person who really made a positive impact on many lives.
From Holy Rosary to important milestones in our lives, Father Kevin was there. He played cards, and ate catfish, and spaghetti with us. Father Kevin officiated our marriages and baptized our babies. He was a treasured member of our family.- always in our hearts. He was truly loved and will be missed. Heaven got a good one.
Fr Kevin helped to arrange the adoption of our daughter, almost exactly 40 years ago
He made such a change to our lives that we never able to properly thank him. We are so sad to hear about his passing
When my nephew, Jeff McGarry. got hurt in 1984 and was h9spitalized in Columbia, MO, Fr Kevin would take his car full of classmates to visit him.
Thank you Fr. Kevin for doing that.
Fr Kevin was one of the most caring and loving priest I had the privilege of working with at Rosati-Kain. We began the soccer progran back in 1980 together and I could always count on Kevin to get into more trouble than myself with the administration. Bless you Fr. Kevin.
Fr. Kevin was my Priest at my home Parish Most Holy Rosary and was still active with us . During our High School years at ST. ELIZABETH Academy . He made learning about our sacraments so Fun . We had the best SPRING FESTIVALS and Fall FESTIVIES . He played a major role in my Catholic Development.
Thanks for being you Fr. KEV…
Fr. Kevin was top notch, always ready to help anyone who asked. He was loved by all as a Deacon and later associate priest (and interim pastor) at Corpus Christi Parish. He could relate to anyone at any age. Always full of Irish shenanigans! The school children could tease with him and once my daughter and her friends tee peed his whole minivan. My husband and I were privileged to visit him this past Spring at Mother of Good Counsel Home where he resided. He got tearing eyed when he saw us and really enjoyed reminiscing old times and people from Corpus Christi. You have earned your Heavenly reward!
I grew up in North St. Louis, and was a parishioner of Holy Name. Kathleen and I were in the same class. I remember good times at the Hederman home. I believe Mr. Hederman treated the graduation ckasd of 1962 to a party maybe it was a swim party.
I visited Kevin at his residence last year.

My condolences to the family. I grew up across the alley from your family in North St. Louis. I wish I could’ve come to the funeral but I’m not driving at this time and had no way to get there. I would love to get a hold of Mary as we attended the holy name together and we’re best of friends. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers
Sad day. My heartfelt condolences to his family and anyone who knew him well. He was a good man with a big heart and charisma.. He will be missed.
My condolences goes out to the family of Fr Kevin. Father Kevin was a great friend and support of mine. He help me with the church youth group at Our Lady of Guadeloupe Co-Cathedrial in Belmopan. It was a joy to also have him officiate my wedding. He will surely be missed but his wonderful memories and the works that he did lives on. Father Kevin, May your soul rest in peace and rise in eternal glory.
