Heffernan (nee Zieroff) and the late Wilma Heffernan; loving father of Michael, David and Thomas (Mary) Heffernan; loving grandfather of Amy and Johnny Heffernan; dear brother of Will Witzel, Virginia Shoptaugh, Ray Heffernan and Judy Smith. Our dear uncle, cousin and friend.

Services: Funeral from Kutis Affton Chapel, 10151 Gravois, on Thursday, June 3, 9:15 a.m. to St. Steven Protomartyr Catholic Church for 10 a.m. Mass. Interment J.B. National Cemetery.

Visitation Wednesday 4-8 p.m.
