  7. Bill (Wild Bill) was a great friend that I had the honor of serving with in the Philippines, we considered ourselves family while stationed there. Although you are gone now the memories we built as friends will last till the day we are called to join you. Salute to you my Brother-in-Arms and friend! See you on the other side when the day comes.

  9. I served with Bill in the Philippines and remember that he always had a smile on his face when we were together. A true AGE mechanic, working together hard with his fellow Airmen to get the job done. My prayers go out to him and his family, RIP my brother.
