Hennemann

In Loving Memory

Hennemann, Ruth Ann

Hennemann, Ruth Ann (nee Gummersbach). Fortified with the Sacraments of the Holy Mother Church on Thursday, September 7, 2023. Preceded in death by her late husband Glennon “Barney” Hennemann Sr. Dear Mother of Glenn (Judy) Hennemann, Linda Banks, and Lori (Jim) Johnson. Dear Grandmother of Casey (Seth) Brownsberger, Jamie (Chris) DeGeare, Adam (Lee) Banks, Ashley (Justin) Vaughan, Brett Johnson, Brendan (Megan) Johnson. Great-Grandmother of Jon Grahm Brownsberger, Isla Brownsberger, Ellie Vaughan, Adelynn Brownsberger, Noah Vaughan and Mia Johnson. Daughter of the late Aloysius and Clara Gummersbach. Dear Sister of Rose, Joe, Margaret, and Jim and the late Eugene, Betty, Clara May, Mary, Bobby and Billy; sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, cousin, and friend to many.

Please say a prayer for her tonight. On Thursday, September 7, 2023, our dear Mother was called to her last game of Bingo. Her 85 years allowed for an extensive cover-all card; along with a lot of wear and tear to local casino slot machines.

Ruth was a long time Parishioner and Volunteer at St. Margaret Mary Alacoque Parish. She loved playing slots and bingo.  Most recently an active resident at the Orchid Terrace Retirement Apartments.

SERVICES:  Funeral from Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. (At Butler Hill Rd.) on Tuesday, September 12, 9:30AM to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque Catholic Church for 10AM Mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque St Vincent DePaul Society appreciated. Visitation Monday 4-7PM.
