Katie Lynn (Colombo) Hicks, 42, of Affton, Missouri sadly left us on March 8, 2024.

  1. 42 is too young to pass away. Katie was my niece and so caring and lovable. I will greatly miss her and so will other family members.
She was part of a close knit family who loved to get together and have a good time. I hope to see her again in heaven above.
Katie will be missed but never forgotten.

  7. I went to high school with Katie and unfortunately, didn’t keep in touch after. I have so many fond memories of Katie though. The times after school when we would go to her house so she could earn some money while doing chores. Her mom would make a list of chores with amounts that she could earn (vacuum for $1.50, etc.). I also remember her adopting a mouse from the pet store – but I have no idea what happened to the mouse once she brought it home?! There are so many more random, fun memories but the biggest one that sticks out is that she was always smiling and she was always fun to be around. My heart goes out to her children and to the family and friends who are missing her.
