In Loving Memory

Hier, John Marshall

John passed away peacefully in his sleep on Thursday, June 16th, at age 47.  He was the beloved son of Marshall and Nancy Hier of St. Louis County and the older brother of Susan (Neil) Goklani of Ridgewood, New Jersey and Ann (Daniel) Brown of St. Louis County.  John was the nephew of Douglass Brown and Cindy Russell of Clayton, John Lansing Brown and Stephanie Brown of Billings, Montana, Moira Urich of Madison, Wisconsin  and the late Susan Kay Hier of Bay City, Michigan.  John was the uncle of Kiran, Lucia and Benjamin Goklani.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in John’s memory to United Cerebral Palsy-Heartland or to Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis or to a charity of your choice.

A memorial service may be scheduled at a later date.
