Hilmer, Aurella Esther
(nee Telle) Asleep in Jesus on Tuesday, December 26, 2017. Aurella was born on February 6, 1924 to Henry and Viola Telle. Beloved wife of the late Herbert Hilmer; dear mother of Linda (Loren) Hemme and the late Bert (survived by Suzanne) Hilmer; cherished grandmother of Aaron, Adam, Kathleen, Nathan, Seth and Joel; great-grandmother of 8; our dear sister, aunt, cousin and friend.
Aurella was a graduate of Lutheran Hospital School of Nursing. She worked as a nurse at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Crystal City and as a school nurse in the Fox C-6 school district.
Services: Visitation at St. John’s Lutheran Church (Arnold) Saturday, December 30, 9:30 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 am. Interment St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery. NO FLOWERS PLEASE.
